including access to your CRM system or project records, insurance paperwork with approved
trades, customer contact details, measurement reports and work orders specifying
homeowner-approved selections such as color and shingle type. Complete information ensures
we can start your project accurately and on time.
2. PERMIT PROCESSING:
We handle all aspects of permit applications for construction projects. This includes
contacting the city’s building department, completing and submitting all necessary
documents, and following up to confirm approval. If an in-progress inspection is
required, we schedule it for the day of the build and ensure the job date is confirmed
with the city, making the process seamless and stress-free for our clients.
3. MATERIAL ORDERS:
We manage the ordering of all materials based on the measurement reports you provide and
communicate directly with your suppliers to ensure accurate, timely delivery, keeping
your project on schedule. Additionally, if the crew does not have a dumpster on-site,
we coordinate with the dumpster company to make sure it’s available when needed.
4. HOMEOWNER COMMUNICATION
We double-check all project details with the homeowner – including color and shingle
selections, build dates, and other specifications and keep them informed before,
during, and after the build to ensure their satisfaction every step of the way.
5. CREW SCHEDULING:
We manage communication with your chosen crew, providing all necessary job
information, staying in contact while work is in progress, and being available
for any on-site needs. Additionally, we maintain a comprehensive calendar
of all scheduled jobs to keep crews organized and projects running smoothly.
6. PROJECT COMPLETION
We coordinate the final inspection and walk-through to ensure all work is complete,
meets standards, and satisfies the homeowner.
